Kristin Kahle began designing her belts 3 years ago in La Jolla, California after taking a sewing class. Her first line- fabric belts made of vintage material- landed her in a few boutiques and inspired her to expand the line into leather. 
Now carried in over 400 boutiques across the world, her line includes a stunning array of colors and styles not found in any other line of belts. The Kristin Kahle line is still manufactured entirely in southern California using only the finest quality materials, including Italian leathers, French silk, and buckles made from solid brass, silver, and wood. 
The belts have received recognition from publications as diverse as Lucky, Marie Claire, Self, Elle, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, and The Wall Street Journal.
